Double Chocolate Oriolos

Oh, oh, oh, oh. First they’re cookies. Second, they’re not at all sweet. Third, they’re extreme chocolate. Fourth, they’re just the right size. Fifth, the texture is light, crisp and fresh. Have I missed anything? I’m all in on this cookie. Just fantastic.

MAKE THE DOUGH
- This was rather uneventful. The end result came out great.
ROLL THE DOUGH INTO BALLS
- Again, this went without a hitch. I just weighed a bunch of dough and rolled them.
- The next step was curious. I looked forward to the outcome.
- At this point the dough got too warm. I had trouble rolling them and pressing the sugar into them. In the oven, they melted, proving why it’s important to keep the dough sufficiently cold.
