Sweet Cheese Cookies with Apricot
Sweet Cheese Cookies with Apricot is the creation of our very adventurous Pastry Chef, Alex. She used brown sugar to sweeten and dried apricots for fruity interest. They’re rich and smooth and can be served on a buffet with other enticing appetizers, or to the side of a soup terrine, or eaten for a dessert. You will be delightfully surprised.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, sharp cheddar cheese, unsalted butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg and dried apricot.
Each cookie is approximately 1.5 inches round.
