Strawberry Shortcake Cookie
Shortcake is an old fashioned cake that’s crumbly and tender. Tradition says to smother it in ripe strawberries, a strawberry syrup and fluffy cream. At The Finer Cookie, we created a Strawberry Shortcake Cookie – one that’s soft, creamy, and strawberry filled, like its counterpart. Lots of whole dried organic strawberries stay chewy and flavourful, bite-after-bite. This is such an enjoyable cookie.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, dried strawberries, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, orange juice, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda.
Each Strawberry Shortcake Cookie is approximately 2.25 inches in diameter.
