Just ginger. Simple and direct. No cinnamon or nutmeg to darken the flavour of this Ginger Ginger Gingersnap. Only ginger, a spice that by itself sparkles. This style of gingersnap is chewier than our Bacon Fat Gingersnap. Both styles hit the mark in 3D.
Ingredients: All-purpose bleached flour, unsalted butter, white sugar, dark corn syrup, light brown sugar, egg, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, salt.
Each cookie is approximately 2 inches in diameter.
