Once they arrive, feel free to pop them into a warm oven to crisp them further. Cornmeal Apricot Fingers are available in a full box of 3 dozen (36 cookies), by the dozen (12 cookies), or by the half dozen (6 cookies).
Each cookie is approximately 3.5 inches long.
