Shredded unsweetened coconut combine with coconut oil, and maple syrup for a dense, chewy dough. This dough is shaped and chilled, then coated in dark chocolate. The result is classic. Reminiscent of a Mounds Bar™, Finer Cookie Coconut Bars are less sweet and more textured, and will appeal to anyone who adores the intense flavour and texture of coconut. And they’re gluten-free vegan.
