Cinnamon Shortbread Cookies
Fragrant cinnamon shortbread cookies are easy to love and devour. We limit the sweetness to increase the flavour and decorate it using an old-fashioned embossed rolling pin. Simply cinnamon and sugar is all the flavour this cookie needs. It’s become a staff favourite.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, unsalted butter, white sugar, egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt.
Each cookie is approximately 2 inches round.
