Chocolate Raspberry Macarons – You’ll blush from the luscious flavours and delicate textures of this classic confection. Made with old-fashioned methods, our macaron shells are crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The filling is creamier still with dark chocolate ganache flavoured with red raspberry, bottled from the soft fruit of summer berries.
Ingredients: Almond flour, egg white, confectioner’s sugar Filling: Dark chocolate, 35% cream, unsalted butter, espelette, raspberry extract, citric acid
Each Chocolate Raspberry Macaron is approximately 2 inches in diameter.
This product is temperature sensitive and needs to stay cool during shipping. For this reason we ship it insulated for an additional $15.
