Blueberry Maple Florentines
Blueberry Maple Florentines combine the traditional flavours of whole blueberry, maple and almond into a crunchy confection. In our florentine, we cook the maple syrup to develop that rich flavour, add cream to create that toffee like texture. Then we use almond flour and slivered almonds for that pleasant chew. This is pure joy to mix and bake and to eat. Don’t miss out on these.
Ingredients: Granulated sugar, dried blueberries, slivered almonds, unsalted butter, almond flour, all purpose flour, heavy cream, maple syrup, maple reduction and salt.
Each cookie is approximately 2 inches round.
